Well not out of order, but certainly out of town! Marlene and I leave tomorow for a wedding in Las Vegas. We wil be back on Saturday, but you can reach us by cell or email, and keep up with us on Twitter! Peace my friends....

She's got my back....way back!!!!

I have to apologize for the lack of personal updates on the blog lately. I've been incredibly busy and just have not had the time to give you a glimpse into our personal life! It's taken everything to get our clients blog postings up in a timely manner! As the wedding season slows down and the holidays approach, I will be posting more of our family adventures. You can also follow me on twitter and facebook, so you can see what we are doing every day!

So in keeping with the up close and personal theme, I had to share a photo Marlene captured of me on a recent engagement session. Marlene was supposed to be shooting the couple and assisting me, but she found my contorted position with my drawers hanging out more interesting. Glad she was looking out for me!

Fina & Andi.....

Fina and Andi so loved the photos from Jenny and James that I found myself at the Griffith Observatory for the second time in two weeks!! Marlene went along, this time without the kids, and assisted me. I will be posting how well she did that shortly! The biggest issue for me was not shooting the same shots again! To me, creativity and change is what keeps me going, so I tried not to make this shoot look like the last one. Hope I succeeded! Thank you Fina and Andi, you are both genuine and generous souls! We are fortunate to be documenting your wedding, and thanks for the ride to our car! Enjoy!

Ashley & Andrew...

I'm a little late inposting, but Ashley and Andrew's wedding day was certainly one to remember! A referral from our very good friends, Ed and Elli, we absolutely loved working with Ashley and Andrew! Thank you so much for the opportunity, enjoy the samples.

Jenny & James......

Engagement sessions are such an amazing tool for me. Not only do I get to make some great images for my clients, but it's a time when I can really connect with them and become friends! On Friday, Jenny and James joined me in Los Feliz and at the Griffith Observatory for their engagement session. Since their first date was a hike to the Hollywood sign, the Observatory was a natural choice! It was cool for me also, since Marlene and I had our second date at the Observatory! Jenny and James, you made it so easy to make these images! Thank you James for your humor and Jenny for your "big" smile!! You two are such an incredible couple, and I thank you for a wonderful afternoon!
